Over the many years of artists visiting and staying at The Caversham Press one aspect that everyone spoke about was the incredible meals provided by Ros. Many suggested that she should consider writing a recipe book. This became a reality when The Caversham Press celebrated it’s 25years and with an astounding exhibition touring the world Boston University Press suggested that they publish Plates Full.

A collection of good, easy meals that will never cease to impress and satisfy, always wowing your family or guests.

The First Edition printed by Boston University Press was a sell out and a Limited Second Edition has been printed here in Durban.
