What the six week coaching programme covers

We start by letting you say it all out loud, properly, to someone who is not going to flinch. Then we look at the voice that has been telling you that you are useless and that it is all your fault, and work out whose voice it actually is.

From there we go looking for everything you have already built and never counted, which is usually the week that changes things. Then what still pulls at you, what you would do if it did not have to pay, and the version of it you could actually start this month. And finally, what needs to shift to make room, and one small step to begin.

You will not leave with a five year plan. You will leave knowing what you have already built, which way you are facing, and with one small thing already moving.

What happens in a 90 minute online life coaching session

Choose this one if you have a lot to say, or if it has been building for a long time.

We start by settling, then you tell me what is actually going on, uninterrupted. From there we look at what is underneath it, what you have already built and never counted, what still pulls at you, and one small step to begin.

Before we speak you will get a few questions to fill in, in your own time. Afterwards, a short email, a card pull, and a page of small things worth having.

Online via Zoom or WhatsApp video, wherever you are in the world.

What happens in an online life coaching session

We start by settling, because most people arrive straight from something else. Then you tell me what is actually going on, in your own words, for as long as it takes. From there we look at what is underneath it, what still pulls at you, and one small thing you could do this week.

Before we speak you will get a few questions to fill in, in your own time. Ten minutes, no right answers, and you can skip anything that does not sit right.

Afterwards you get a short email, a card pull, and a page of small things worth having.

Online via Zoom or WhatsApp video, wherever you are in the world.

I will never put you on the spot. If I ask you something and you have not got an answer, that is completely fine.

Each session offers practical guidance in areas like design development, branding, visual storytelling, or preparing your work for print and product application.
