What the six week coaching programme covers
We start by letting you say it all out loud, properly, to someone who is not going to flinch. Then we look at the voice that has been telling you that you are useless and that it is all your fault, and work out whose voice it actually is. From there we go looking for everything you have already built and never counted, which is usually the week that changes things. Then what still pulls at you, what you would do if it did not have to pay, and the version of it you could actually start this month. And finally, what needs to shift to make room, and one small step to begin. You will not leave with a five year plan. You will leave knowing what you have already built, which way you are facing, and with one small thing already moving. What is included Six 1:1 hourly sessions, online via Zoom or WhatsApp Something small to take away each week, never homework Messages between sessions during business hours A short email and a card pull after each session Payment R4 500 in full, or two payments of R2 400, first half now, the second before session four.
